Key strength exercises are combined with high intensity interval work to give the perfect recipe for fat burning, a fine-tuned physique and soaring fitness levels.

If you are looking for a feeling of calm and strength this is for you.  Concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.

Strength & Condtioning

This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on to music-based conditioning lead by expert instructors!

The focus will be on posture, balance, range of motion, joint health, muscular yoga poses and deep stretches, connecting breathing with movement.  Stress and tension will melt away as we work through poses in a peaceful and  relaxed environment.

Strength and conditioning is about slower repetitions with heavier loads which is a perfect complement to our more high intensity classes. We encourage a balanced routine by incorporating focused strength at least once a week.
